
The business and affairs of ADR Funding (ACI) are conducted by its management and employees under the direction of the Board of Directors of ADR Funding (ACI). In fulfilling its duties, the Board and its committees oversee the corporate governance of ADR Funding (ACI), oversee and advise management in developing financial and business goals, oversee public disclosures and the processes behind them, and evaluate management's performance in pursuing and achieving those goals.

recommendations of the UK business federation economy issues, articles
of the UK Code of Obligations as well as the executive ordinance by the
Federal Council put into force effective 1 January 2014.
